Directions
- 1. Whisk soy sauce, stock, brown sugar, vinegar, and sesame oil.
- 2. Sear beef quickly in batches in a very hot skillet; remove.
- 3. Stir-fry broccoli with a splash of water until crisp-tender. Add garlic and ginger.
- 4. Return beef, add sauce, then stir in cornstarch slurry. Cook until glossy and thickened.
