Directions
- 1. Combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Add egg, butter, salt, and enough flour for a soft dough.
- 2. Knead until smooth and elastic. Cover and rise until doubled.
- 3. Divide into 12 rolls and arrange in a buttered baking dish. Rise again until puffy.
- 4. Bake at 350°F until golden and cooked through, about 20 to 25 minutes. Brush with melted butter.
