Erickson Fry Sauce
Our simple family fry sauce uses a 1-to-2 ratio of mayonnaise to ketchup. We make it with either our homemade mayonnaise or store-bought mayonnaise, depending on what we have on hand.

- Combine the mayonnaise and ketchup in a bowl using our family ratio of 1 part mayonnaise to 2 parts ketchup.
- Stir until completely smooth. Add freshly ground black pepper to taste if desired.
- Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to serve.
