Erickson Pico de Gallo
This is our family-tested fresh pico de gallo: ripe tomatoes, white onion, cilantro, lime, garlic, and jalapeño mixed into a bright, fresh topping for tacos, fajitas, burrito bowls, grilled meats, or tortilla chips. We keep the texture chunky and adjust the salt and lime to taste.
