Directions
- 1. Heat a cast-iron or carbon-steel skillet over medium heat.
- 2. Add the prepared carnitas and season lightly with fajita seasoning. Heat until hot throughout and browned to your liking.
- 3. Warm the corn tortillas in the skillet until they reach the texture your family likes.
- 4. Serve the carnitas and tortillas family-style with lime, Cotija cheese, guacamole or avocado, diced tomatoes, and sour cream.
