Directions
- 1. Mix salt, paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and cumin. Rub all over the pork.
- 2. Put pork in the slow cooker. Add apple juice, vinegar, and Worcestershire around the meat.
- 3. Cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours until it shreds easily.
- 4. Remove excess fat and shred the meat.
- 5. Toss with barbecue sauce and enough cooking juices to keep it moist.

Keep raw pork refrigerated. Whole-cut pork should reach 145°F with a 3-minute rest; ground pork/sausage should reach 160°F. Refrigerate leftovers promptly.
